The return process is easy. Insert the return note into the package. Place the return label outside of the parcel. Drop off at SF express service point or call them to collect your parcel. Notify us with the tracking number and you will get full refund within 5 working days after the return package is delivered to our warehouse.

We encourage you to repack it as the original form because we want to donate our bedding items in a good condition.

Orders can be delivered within 1-2 days ( about 3 days for outlying islands and restricted area) generally.

We ship to anywhere in HK, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, United States. Danmats only provides free shipping to HK. Please contact us for all logistic fees including tariffs for the shipments to overseas or non-HK areas. Items shipping to overseas or non-HK areas are not entitled to either the refund and exchange policy. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We can change your delivery information as long as your item has not been dispatched. It is difficult for us to change your details when it is sent out. However please contact our team and we'll do our best to help.

Yes, please specify your preferred delivery date in the remark when you place the order. Please note that we only deliver on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. It is also worth noting that our 30 day refund policy starts counting from the day the order is purchased.
